prevent installing shortcuts on multiple user setup

Hello all,
When I install a program to my user account on a multiple user machine is
there any way to prevent the shortcuts showing on the other users. I have
admin rights the others are limited accounts.
WinXP Pro

Right click on Start.
Explorer
Move the Start Menu shortcuts for the program from All Users to your user.
