Post subject: "CreativeProjects" won't go away

Hi, about everytime i start up the computer it comes up with a box saying that "CreativeProjects" is being installed and then it comes up with an error saying it failed or something. I read a post someone put up with the same problem. I have a HP computer but i havent recently installed new HP hardware like a printer scanner or digital camera it's just come out of nowhere. How do i go about fixing this?

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

You might want to download, install and run the Windows Installer
Cleanup Utility. It's available here:

If you find an entry for Creative Projects you can remove it and
hopefully that will fix your problem.
