Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

I have several sites in my restricted sites I want to remove that start with
*. I click on them and click remove and it won't remove them. Someone
please tell me how to remove them from the restricted sites

I now have the same problem in 2009. How do i remove restricted sites that
start with an *. I did not put this in and even though I remove them - the
next time i come back they are back again.
