A few months ago, that error message began popping up whenever I started up
my PC. Windows XP loads up, and then a few seconds later..."Run DLL as an APP
has enocuntered an error and needs to close." I'm not sure what caused this
to occur, or why...or how to fix it. (And, after more than a year of flawless
performance, I had System Restore turned off. Hindsight really is 20/20.)
The error signature reads as follows:
AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.2180 ModName: x10net.dll
ModVer: 2.0.0.40 Offset: 000155b0
I've searched through Google and the MS knowledge base, with no avail. Any
help is appreciated.
