I apologize in advance, for this is probably the wrong place to post this
question, but my dad installed virtual pc for mac on a non-administrative
account, and now the administrator does not have access to that "vitual pc"
on the administrative account. Is there any way for multiple users to share
the same "virtual pc" without install an entire, stand-alone "vitual pc" for
every account?? if you need me to be more clear, please ask.

Log in as the account that created the VM and installed the app. Browse to
the app installation and change the permissions to allow read/write to
everyone (click on the folder, then COMMAND+I).

you can also just get lazy about it and:
CHMOD 777 <foldername>

from the terminal. It's always a permissions issue and it's just basic *nix
permissions on the Mac now.

You also need to make sure the permissions are released on the VM.
