HELP!!!

It wont start at all.
I was trying to start it in safe mode to run some spyware
removal software. So I would restart and hold down F8.
Then select safe mode. It kept coming up with a screen
saying that Windows did not start successfully and gave me
some options. SafeMode. SafeMode with Networking. SafeMode
with Command Script. Last Known good Configuration. and
Start Normally.

So I would just pick Start Normally and it would come on.

Then I tried to boot it in Safe Mode by going to start/
run and typing msconfig and on the boot.ini tab selecting
safe boot and then restart.
Now it just keeps going to that screen and won't start.
I've tried every option it gives and none of them work.

I uninstalled it and went with an earlier version. INcd can create a whole
mess og problems unless you have a "good" version. Unfortunately, I can't
tell you what version I'm using right now, since the icon on my toolbar is
absent<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately it will not help
me at this point, being that my comptuer will not even
turn on.

No help for the original question, but I had to remove InCD because my
XP wouldn't start in safe mode. It booted fine in normal mode, but
never in safe more. I would get a blue screen with Stop0x0000000A and
IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL every time I tried safe mode.

Yes.. that was my problem. I couldn't figure why it wouldn't boot in safe
mode, when the regular boot for some strange reason, worked.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
