I'm sorry, but your post is not clear. Here are links to help you make a
good newsgroup post:

<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm" target="_blank">http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm</a>
<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html" target="_blank">http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html</a>

Then come back and clearly and concisely state the problem, including
information about your system, what antivirus and firewalls you are
running, and what troubleshooting you've already done. Be precise with
your questions. For instance, I'm not sure what you mean by "use
restore with having cable access". Do you mean System Restore or an OEM
restore disk? There is no problem using System Restore on a computer
that has cable access. Also, please explain what you mean by "run my
back up cd of xp".
