The Reg_Sz sting values in;
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
are dynamically altered according to the Reg_Expand_Sz strings found in;
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
"Common Programs" = %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs
"Common Start Menu" = %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
"Programs" = %USERPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs
"Start Menu" = %USERPROFILE%\Start Menu
You must use regedt32.exe to edit / create Reg_Expand_Sz strings.
