As you have WinDVD then you should have the codecs/decoder installed and
should be able to open a DVD with Windows Media Player? If not then there's
any one of a number located (free of course) at
www.snapfiles.com/freeware/freeware.html (typed from memory so you might
need to remove the rest and then click down to the freeware section).
