GP lock users workstations after 10 min non activity

Is this going to enable a password protected screen saver or the lock
computer screen? I want to enable the lock computer screen. Is this the same
thing?

Use
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display

"Screen Saver", "Screen Saver executable name" (optional), "Screen Saver
timeout" and "Password Protect the Screen Saver".

That will kick off the screensaver after some minutes and will - if the
user wants to work with the machine again, prompt him for the password.
Yes, it's the "lock computer" screen.
