I upgraded from windows 2000 SP4 to server2003 R2 last night.
Now I am receiving the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1058
Date: 2/8/2008
Time: 6:27:12 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: server
Description:
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=domain,DC=com.
The file must be present at the location
<\\domain.com\sysvol\domain.com\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Especially the Event ID link, I am in the process of going over all the info.
Is it possible to delete gpo's from the sysvol folder with not problems?
It seems that I only a few gpo's actually attached to OU and the domain, I
am going to Users and Computers looking at the GPO's and then looking at
there properties to get the actual file name.

I am not sure where the other 5 are attached. So can I delete them?
