I no longer have the option 'Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when
browser closed' Does anybody know how to fix this?

First let's confirm that you're looking in the right place: IE Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > ... Hi, Are you referring to the AutoComplete list? The list of previously used search terms? How are you clearing them? If you go to Internet Options> Content> AutoComplete and disable "Use AutoComplete for Forms" (Close then re-open IE) does the list stop appearing? Is that the result you're after?
