I want to calculate cpu kernel utilization using WMI classes or
PerformanceCounter classes of c#. Is it possible or not.

Shutting down Windows 98 - Whenever I shutdown, the following appears: "Runtime Error. C WindowsIexplorer.exe Abnormal program termination" It does shut down though. Any suggestions? Please reply a the above e-mail address.

The Two Devices - One device is a System board extension for ACPI BIOS. But in the Conflicting device list what is written is: "No conflicts." The Troubleshooter Wizard says all I have to do is Restart the computer.

The Conflicting Devices - Could they be the (1) Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) BIOS and the (2) System board extension for ACPI BIOS? Again, the Conflicting Device List says, "No conflicts" in the System board extension Resources.

No Downloads allowed into the Temp folder... Why? - When I try to install a download it won't let ANY download us the Temp folder so I can't get to a new program that I really want to try... What to do? Canapril Again

PC Management? - In device manager, under other, there is a yellow mark next to PC Management. I don't know what it means and how to get rid of it. Does it have anything to do with Power Management?
