I have recently needed to increase the values in the MaxLocksPerFile entries
of my registry in order to get Access to run certain update queries. I have
a couple of questions about this entry.

What purpose does it serve?
How do I know how large to change the values?
Is there a point at which the size of this entry starts to degrade
performance?

Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Don
