Looking for NDISHLP.SYS file for Win95

You have to tell it what drive and folder the file is in. Then
it will extract it from the (win95_19.cab) appropriate .cab
file.

Just in case it hasn't been found yet.

D:\Win95\win95_19.cab or whichever drive it's on.
