Our NT4 server shuts off by itself and will not start up again for a long
time. It justs shuts down just like you pulled the plug. Can anyone help?

Look in the Event Log for possible clues. Sounds like a hardware
problem to me, especially if it doesn't want to start up again for a
long period. Bad power supply? Overheating? Run hardware diagnostic
tests on it.
