I understand that volume Shadow Copy is a feature that came with Windows
Server 2003 and XP. Is this server available for Windows Server 2000?

Hello Pete,

You gave the answer your self, it is only above 2000. The only tool that
is available is for accessing a 2003 server from a 2000 for restoring but
not for using shadow copy on 2000:
