domain users can not change printer page layout

hi,

i am using widows 2003 server as domain controller i want that the
users should not change the page layout of the printer when they send
a page for printing. i want that all the users should print the page
only in A4 type. i want to restrict users to print only A4 page format
print.

can any body help me.

Hello Adnan,

On the printer properties on the server open the security tab and check that
everyone/domain users/authenticated users are only allowed to print. Then
preconfigure the settings you like on the printer properties.
