Post subject: missing tabs in display properties
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsnt>registry (more info?)

gpedit.msc shows eveything under display as "Not configured" but I get
nothing but theme in Display Proerties
Windows XP Pro SP2 patched to date
Radeon 1300 256MB
Pentium4 HT

Run the following commands from Start>Run or command prompt and post the content of
C:\HKCU_P.txt and C:\HKLM_O.txt

reg.exe export "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" "C:\HKLM_P.txt"

What happens if you logon as a new user? (create a new account in 'Users
Accounts').

in safe mode the display properties act as expected ie all tabs are present
